It may be snowy and cold in Lincoln right now, but spring is really just around the corner. And when it comes, how Lincoln will be in bloom again. This is a great garden city, and people all over town will be going to Earl May and Campbell's and picking up their annuals to make their gardens a visual delight.
So will it be at
1740 Pawnee Street, a beautiful home to enjoy inside and out. There are so many beautiful perennial plants on the property, and room for some annuals, and the whole plot bursts with lushness and color.
We are selling this lovely house. It was a wonderful place to live for ten years and, as the number in our family grew, we felt we wanted to let our nice 3-bedroom home go to another family that could enjoy it as we had all of those years.
We put so much into the place over the years: a new roof, a brand new furnace and heat pump, all new kitchen appliances, a new washer, fresh paint on all the trim outside, new garage doors, lots of new landscaping, a new three-season deck, all new storm doors on the first floor, new carpet in the basement, paint in most rooms of the house, new fixtures in the bathrooms and so much more. We were constantly improving things and keeping the house up.
How we will miss our neighbors. On all sides, there are good people who we got to know and felt good about having nearby. What a quiet, safe street. Just north of the well-established (and market-stable) Woodsshire neighborhood, it is a fantastic place to walk. And so close to downtown, UNL City Campus, Country Club, etc.

There's a full grocery store nearby, a gas station, pharmacy, restaurants, etc., as well as a fire station and BryanLGH West hospital. The house is not very far from UNL's City Campus and downtown. Plus, it is a great neighborhood for walking.
